Hey, I'm Lily!
Lily Kunning is a rebel with a cause: well-being. As a clinical herbalist, educator, and the fiery force behind Haven Herbs, she didn't just stumble into the plant world; she dove in headfirst.
After training in California, she moved to Columbus- only to find a serious lack of herbalism. So, in true Lily fashion, she opened her own shop, and started an Herbalists Without Border chapter. That legendary storefront eventually became Haven Herbs.

At the helm, she is potion master, creating herbal remedies and body care with a transparent, no-BS approach. Her mission is to empower people with "the people's medicine," teaching classes and even running an online school.
In short, Lily Kunning is a punk-rock plant whisperer working to make the world a healthier, more irreverent place.

Workshops
Lily teaches webinars and in-person classes every month to get accurate wellness information out there to as many as possible.
This includes her FREE classes for Cancer Support Community, classes at Tiffin Community Kitchen, 577 Foundation, and more.
Podcasting
Lily has a podcast and subreddit called Ask the Herbalist. People can ask questions and get them answered (anonymously) and she shares these so that more people can learn from the questions and answers.
Shows are archived on the Haven Herbs blog and YouTube channel.
Wellness Coaching
Lily has a small clinical practice where she helps people with issues big and small- chronic and acute.
Her specialties are auto-immune dysfunction and infertility, but she can also help with seasonal allergies or other simple things!
